退黄合剂对ANIT诱发肝内胆汁淤积大鼠的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的 观察退黄合剂对 ANIT 诱发肝内胆汁淤积大鼠的影响。方法 采用化学物质 ANIT 复制肝内胆汁淤积大鼠模型并观察退黄合剂对大鼠肝内胆汁淤积时血清、肝组织指标变化的影响并与赤丹退黄颗粒作对照。结果 退黄合剂和赤丹退黄颗粒能显著改善大鼠血清 ALT、TBIL、DBIL 以及肝组织内皮素-1(ET-1)、钠-钾-ATP 酶等指标(P<0.01),退黄合剂大剂量在某些方面优于赤丹退黄颗粒(P<0.05)。结论 退黄合剂退黄效果肯定,其作用机制可能与降低 ET-1 的含量、升高钠-钾-ATP 酶的活性,从而改善肝脏微循环,抗肝损伤有关。 Objective To observe the effects of Tuihuangheji on ANIT-induced intrahepatic cholestasis in rats. Methods Animal models of intrahepatic cholestasis was producted with ANIT. The effects of Tuihuangheji on the changes of indexes of serology and liver tissue in rats were observed, comparing with contrasted group (Chidantuihuangkeli) at the same time. Result Both Tuihuangheji and Chidantuihuangkeli can improve ALT, TBIL, DBIL of serology and ET-1, Na+-K+-ATP of liver tissue (P <0.01) in some aspects. Large dose group of Tuihuangheji excelled Chidantuihuangkeli group (P <0.05). Conclusion Tuihuangheji has definite effects of eliminating jaundice. The mechanism may be relevant to active increasing of Na+-K+-ATP and decreasing of ET-1 to improving microcirculation of liver, resisting injury to liver.
