人乳头瘤病毒基因芯片研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与宫颈癌的发生发展密切相关,不同型别HPV的致病性不同,因此HPV的检测及分型对宫颈癌的筛查、早期诊断、防治、判断预后等具有重要临床价值。随着基因芯片技术的日臻完善,基因芯片技术在人乳头瘤病毒检测及分型中的应用得到较大发展,通过各种不同制作方法制备的HPV基因芯片相继问世,经过临床应用验证,HPV基因芯片显示出了快速、敏感、高效、并行等优点,具有其他HPV检测方法无可比拟的优越性。HPV基因芯片有望大规模用于临床。
