胰岛素样生长因子与妇科恶性肿瘤的相关性研究 被引量：1

摘要 探讨胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)在妇科恶性肿瘤发生发展中的重要作用。IGFs与其受体(IGF-R)及结合蛋白(IGFBPs)组成IGFs系统,参与肿瘤细胞凋亡的调控及恶性肿瘤的发生发展。IGFs在妇科恶性肿瘤患者血清中的浓度及癌组织中的表达水平升高,且受IGF-R及IGFBPs的调控。IGFs是促进肿瘤生长的重要因子之一,在妇科肿瘤诊断、肿瘤发生预测、肿瘤预后与疗效判断及肿瘤治疗方面具有重要意义。
