摘要
本文介绍采用数控法改造YB3180滚齿机,减少并缩短了传动链的数量和长度,提高了滚齿机的加工精度,扩宽了加工范围,并且还可以用于特种圆锥齿轮加工。
This thesis puts forward the method of numerical control to remold the YB3180 rolling gear-machine , reduce and shorten the quantity and length of transmission-chain, this method will improve the precision of cone-shaped wheel machining, broaden machining of cone-shaped wheel.
