摘要
干切削作为一种新型的绿色制造技术,不仅能避免切削液对环境的污染,而且能大幅度降低产品的生产成本,它已成为金属切削加工发展的趋势之一。文中分析和研究了干切削加工对刀具和机床的要求。
As a new kind of green manufacturing, dry cutting is a effective technology not only in avoiding the influences of cutting fluid on environment pollution, but also in reducing the production cost. It has become one of the trends metal cutting development .The demand cutting tool and machine tool for dry cutting are analyzed and studied in this paper.
