钢坯不同部位力学性能研究

Research of the Mechanical Property in the Different Department Ingot

以首钢生产的几种高碳钢小方坯(130×130mm2)为材料,测试了钢坯不同部位的力学性能,并利用KYKY2800B型扫描电镜等设备对拉伸、冲击断口和其内部缺陷进行了微观分析,结果表明钢坯不同部位的缺陷面积比不同,其力学性能不同,即钢坯内部缺陷对其力学性能的影响非常显著。

Research some of high-carbon steel ingot of Ltd. Shougang , the mechanical property in different department ingot are tested, at same time, We analysis the fracture surface of the extension and impact with the scanning electrical microscope. It is proved that different department of ingot has different mechanical property for the ratio of defect area.
