Evaluation of Steel Sheet Formability by means of Elongation Percentage in Hole Diameter

介绍了一种通过测定带孔的矩形截面拉伸试样的孔径伸长率来评价薄板成形性的新方法。该法简便易行、误差小、精度高,适宜在生产现场检测。

In this paper a new method for evaluating steel sheet formability is presented, by means of a rectangular section stretching sample with a hole and measuring the elongation percentage of the hole diameter. This method is simple and easy, with small errors and high accuracy, so it is suitable for determining sheet formability in worksite.
