车身龙门框架对角线长度检测器的设计

A Gauge for Measuring Diagonal Sizes of Body Frame for Buses

对用卷尺测量客车车身龙门框架对角线长度时存在的误差进行了分析,并设计了一种测量这个长度的检测器。实际使用结果表明,其测量结果准确,且能提高工效。

This paper analyses the errors occured when measuring the diagonal sizes of bus body frame with a band tape. The author of this paper designed a gauge for measuring such sizes. The practical experinces showed that the measured results are accurate,and the effici ency is enhanced when using this gauge.
