摘要
锌是人体必需的微量元素之一,但目前对锌营养水平的评价还没有一个确定的指 标,本文综合国内外研究资料,介绍了几类常用的儿童锌营养状况评价指标,主要有饮食锌摄 入量、血浆、血清锌含量、发锌、生长发育和感染性疾病发病情况,这些指标一般在研究中被联 合运用于评价儿童锌营养水平。
Zinc is an essential element for human metabolism, growth, and immune function. While, there are no definitive and reliable indicators for zinc status so far. A combination of biochemical and functional indices, such as estimated dietary zinc concentration, biochemical indices (zinc in hair, serum and plasma), growth, morbidity of infectious diseases, is frequently used to evaluate zinc status in children, according to national and international literatures.
