基于ANSYS的渐开线圆柱齿轮参数化造型与有限元建模及分析技术

Research of Involute Cylindrial Gear Modeling Technology Based on ANSYS

为了满足利用FEA分析技术完成齿轮强度系列分析工作的需要 ,笔者曾经重点研究了直接基于ANSYS软件的渐开线圆柱齿轮参数化生成原理、技术及齿轮轮齿滚动接触模拟实现技术 ,获得了良好的实际应用效果。为了推进技术交流 ,同时针对当前国内许多人对FEA软件难以进行几何建模的认识以及在齿轮付FEA滚动模拟接触分析中的一些不恰当的处理方式 ,笔者在本文中对相应研究结果作出细介绍以供研究参考。

In order to calculate the gear-strength by using the FEA method, we have studied the principle and realization of 3D parameter-modeling about involute cylindrical gear based on ANSYS , and then studied the ealization of the analyzing process about gear-strength.This paper presents the ending of the research.
