摘要
根据曲率修型原理对环面蜗杆修型的实质进行了深入的讨论 ,提出环面蜗杆修型的实质是使蜗杆具有合理的齿长方向的齿形 ,从而达到使环面蜗杆发挥最大能力的目的。并从多方面论述了环面蜗杆修型与渐开线齿轮修形的本质区别 ,以及研究方法和内容的差异。基于这一理论 ,新开发的曲率修型原理为环面蜗杆找到了一个合理的齿形———曲率半径变化曲线。
This paper discusses the essence of tooth modification of the toroidal worm according to the theory of curvature modification. It is pointed out that its essence is to make the reasonable shape along the teeth of the worm . So that the maximum ability of worm can be achieved. It also describes the essential differences between the toroidal worm's modification and involute gear's modification , and the difference in terms of the study methods and contents . Based on the new principle of curvature modification , the reasonable teeth shape — the curve of curvature radius is found out.
