仙人活心胶囊治疗肾阳虚型中老年男性冠心病心绞痛30例

Observation on the Effect of Xianren Huoxin capsule(XHC,仙人活心胶囊) in Treating Angina Due to Coronary Heart Disease Typed Kidney-yang Deficiency of Middle-Aged and Senile Male Patients,a Report of 30 Cases

目的 :观察中药制剂仙人活心胶囊治疗肾阳虚型中老年男性冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :采用仙人活心胶囊治疗肾阳虚型中老年男性冠心病心绞痛 30例 ,并设西药及安慰剂治疗 2 8例为对照组 ,疗程 6周。结果 :治疗组在缓解心绞痛症状、改善缺血性心电图表现及中医证候疗效、硝酸甘油停减率等方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :仙人活心胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine XHC in treating angina due to coronary heart disease typed kidney-yang deficiency of middle-aged and senile male patients.Method:30 middle-aged and senile male patients with angina due to coronary heart disease typed kidney-yang deficiency were treated with XHC.And another 28 patiants treated with western medicine and placebos were set up as the control group.Both the two groups were treated for 6 weeks.Result:The treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving the symptom of angina,improving the ischmic manifestation of electrocardiogram and the syndrome in TCM,and reducing the dosage of nitroglycerin (P<0.05)).Conclusion:XHC has definite therapeutic effect on angina due to coronary heart disease.
