Crisis Management Ability-An Important Measure of Administrative Leaders' Public Management Ability

危机处理能力已成为公共治理能力的重要内容,提升行政领导危机处理能力有着十分重要 的意义。本文分析了危机处理能力与公共治理能力的关系,论述了对提高行政领导的反应、决策、协调、 沟通等综合能力的促进作用,并就如何提升行政领导的危机处理能力提出了可供选择的路径。

Leaders' crisis management ability has become an important part of their public administration ability and therefore, promoting leaders' crisis management ability is very significant. This paper analyses the relationship between the crisis management ability and the public administration ability and its influence on leaders' comprehensive ability such as: the ability to react to matters, make policy, coordinate and communicate with others. In the end, it presents approaches to improve administrative leaders' crisis management ability.
