企业组织制度主要指企业组织形式和内在治理结构。目前,浙江已经实行公司制的民营企 业的整体治理结构与市场经济条件下现代企业制度的要求还存在不小差距,制约了民营企业的进一步发 展。公司治理结构的完善是浙江民营家族制企业组织制度创新的核心。

The organization system of an enterprise mainly refers to the organization form of the enterprise and the internal management system. Now, there is still a big gap in management system between the civilian-run enterprise and the modern enterprise in the market economy, and this greatly blocks the development of the civilian-run enterprise. Therefore, the key to innovating the organization system of civilian-run household enterprises in Zhejiang is to perfect its organization form.
