摘要
根据大型往复式天然气压缩机块状基础设计或振动分析的需要 ,采用了一种简化的模型进行了基础的动态分析。基础动力分析的常见方法是按几种独立振动和耦合振动分别进行分析讨论 ,研究了几种可能的振动模式。使用矩阵方法对几种振动模式进行了综合 ,同时研究了压缩机基础的质量矩阵和刚度矩阵 ,并解析计算了基础的几种振动模式及其固有频率 ,给出了对称平衡型天然气压缩机基础振动的幅频响应的表达式。
A simplified model is adopted for dynamic analysis of the block foundation of large-scale reciprocating natural gas compressor. Possible vibration modes are investigated by analyzing some of the separate vibrations and coupled vibrations. The matrix method is used for a comprehensive analysis of these vibration modes, and the mass matrix and stiffness matrix of the compressor's foundation are studied. The vibration modes and corresponding natural frequencies of the foundation are calculated by the analytical method, and the expression for amplitude-frequency response of the vibration of the foundation of symmetric balanced natural gas compressors.
