根据API抽油机的特点 ,按照其承载能力、装配尺寸及体积 ,将其零部件做了模块划分 ;详细介绍了驴头、游梁、横梁、连杆、曲柄、平衡装置、胶带传动装置、底座、刹车总成、刹车机构、支架、悬绳器、吊绳、减速器和电动机、轴承等模块的具体数量 ;论述了各个模块之间的匹配关系 ,包括支架与底座的匹配 ,曲柄、横梁与减速器的匹配 ,轴承与游梁、连杆的匹配。以C4 5 6— 2 5 6— 12 0型API抽油机为例 ,阐述了API系列抽油机模块组合的全过程。
Based on the characteristics of API pumping unit, its component parts are classified according to its load capacity and assembling dimensions and size. The modules are analyzed and the numbers of each module are given. The matching relation between modules are expounded, including the matching of the pumping jack and basement, the matching of the crack shaft and cross beam and gear reducer, and the matching of the bearing and walking beam and linkage assembly. The whole procedure of module combination is described by taking Model C456-256-120 API pumping unit as an example.
