Analyzed water quality actuality of Tarim river middle stream, contrasted water quality and pollution gene of upstream and backward position, the paper discovers major pollution gene of water quality of Tarim river middle stream and thinks out pollution reason. That provides way for comprehensive arrangement of Tarim river drainage area and logical using of water resource and ecological environment protection.
