According to the product characteristics and practical production of refrigera- tor factory, technical reconstruction of existing coating line for washer machine was carried out to serve as refrigerator box coat- ing. The process and equipment design parameters of refrigerator powder coating were introduced in detail, emphasized on rebuil- ding schemes of the pretreatment equipment, water drying, pow- der curing combine oven, powder injection system, hanging con- veyer and electric controlling system. Improved coating line better satisfies the production demand.
