摘要 为寻找镀金液中杂质元素的测定方法 ,运用甲基异丁基酮 (MIBK)萃取分离金 ,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱 (ICP AES)法对镀金液中的杂质元素进行了分析。对分析谱线、基体元素和等离子体参数等进行了讨论。结果表明 ,方法的检出限为 0 .0 0 8~ 0 .0 19μg/mL ,回收率为 89.4 %~ 10 2 .3% ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)小于 3 12 %。该法准确、快速、简便 ,应用于镀金液中杂质元素的测定 。 In search of a determination method of impurity elements in gold plating bath, separation by MIBK extraction, impurity el- ements in gold plating bath was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma- atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) after extraction separating gold by methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK). The analyti- cal line, matrix elements and plasma parameters were discussed. Results show that the detection limit is 0. 008 ~ 0.019 μg/mL, the recovery ratio is 89.4%-102.3 %, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 3.12%. The method is accurate, quick and convenient, and is acceptable for determination of im- purity elements with satisfactory result.
