摘要
采用在低合金高碳抗磨钢中加入钒钛生铁的微合金化方法研究了微量钒钛元素在抗磨钢中的作用及其对性能的影响。结果证明 ,加入微量钒钛元素的低合金抗磨钢较国内同类型的无微量钒钛的低合金抗磨钢有较好的综合性能。在基本成分相近的情况下 ,前者较后者δs 提高 15 %~ 3 0 % ,δb 提高 15 %~ 2 3 % ,抗磨性提高 2 4%以上 ,屈强比有较大的提高 ,成本尚无增加 ,环境协调性良好 。
By the means of microalloy that is adding Vanadium and Ti pig iron to low alloy high carbon abrasive resistance steel, which researches the effect of microelement Vanadium and Ti in abrasive resistance cast steel. It showed that the inteqrated properties of low alloy abrasion resistant steel with microelement vanadium and titanium is better than without microelement vanadium and titanium. Under the condition of near basis, the former’s δ_s improved 15~30%, δ_b improved 15~23%, the abrasive resistance improved 24%, yield strength also improved than the latter, and the former with favorable circumstance compatibility, the production cost is not increase, so it is worthy of applying widely.
