摘要
采用正交试验法研究分析了Ti、W元素对抗磨耐热钢显微组织及硬度的影响。结果表明 :Ti、W与C结合形成一定数量的颗粒状MC型碳化物 ,退火后基体中的少量铁素体消失 ,且Cr7C3 碳化物转化成了Cr2 3 C6碳化物 ;Ti元素在铸态下对抗磨耐热钢硬度影响较小 ,在退火态有显著的影响。
The influence of Ti and W on the microstructure and hardness of wear-resistant and heat-resistant steel is researched and analyzed by the orthogonal experimental method.It showed that Ti and W combine C to form a quantity of paricle MC carbide,territe has dissppeared and Cr_7C_3 has transformed Cr_(23)C_6 after the wear-resistance and heat-resistance steel being annealed.It also shows that Ti hasn’t a notable intluence on the hardness of the wear-resistance and heat-resistance steel at as-cast,but has a notable influence at annealed,W hasn’t a notable influence at as-cast and at annealed.
