摘要
本文就1991年江淮地区出现持续性大暴雨过程中低空急流的构造、作用以及高低空急流的配置等进行了分析。指出低空急流的阶段性增强及高低空急流轴的移动与大暴雨有密切关联,低空急流中≥20m/s的站数及是否成片具有一定的指示意义,而高低空急流轴的相向运动正是大暴雨过程产生的重要背景。
In this paper, we analyse the structure of low-level jet and its role and the disposition between the low-level jet and high-level jte during the weather process of excessive rain in the region of Yangtze and Huaihe in 1991. It is found that the strengthening of the low-level jet by stage and the moving of the axi of low-level jet and high -level jet are closely related to the excessive rain. Whether it exists a larger number of the stations of which their wind speed in low-level je ist grtat than twenty metre per second has an great effect to produc the excessive rain. It is a good high-le-weather bacliground, which cause the excessive rain, that the axis of low-level and vel jet move in the relative motion.
