246例地高辛治疗心力衰竭的个体差异

The individual difference in 246 cases of digoxin treating heart failure patients

目的 探讨心力衰竭患者地高辛剂量、血药浓度以及临床效果之间相互关系。方法 选择地高辛治疗的心力衰竭患者2 4 6例 ,用荧光偏振免疫法测定地高辛浓度。结果 地高辛的有效剂量和血药浓度以及中毒剂量和血药浓度变异很大。结论 地高辛治疗心力衰竭存在显著的个体差异 ,因此 ,临床用药时应着眼于个体。

Objective To investigate the relationships among serum concentration,dosage and therpeutic effect in digoxin treating heart failure patients.Method The serum concentration of digoxin in 246 cases was assayed by fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA). Result There has a great variation in the effective dosage, serum concentration in the cases. Conclusion The results indicate that there is a significant diference in the digoxin therapy for heart failure patients. It is important to practise the individual treating project in digoxin treating heart failure patients.
