摘要
本文研究了阳离子表面活性剂 溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)存在下,苯基荧光酮(PF)与锰(Ⅱ)的显色反应。研究表明在pH为12时,锰与试剂形成比为1:4的紫色络合物。络合物的最大吸收波长为605nm.在此波长下测得表观摩尔吸光系数为(1.88×105Lmol-1cm-1)。锰量在0-5ug/25ml范围内符合朗伯比尔定律。
In this paper a spectrophotometris method of determination of trace amounts of manganese reacts with PF to form a 1:4 complex in the presence of CTMAB and tartaric acid.It is purple.Its apparent molar abaorptivity is 1.88×105at 605nm..Beer's law is obeyed for manganese in the concentration range of 0 to 5ug/25ml.
