Study on preparation method of crosslinked spherical chitin

本文采用单凝固-交联法制备交联球型壳聚糖,并考察了各种因素对产品性能的影响。结果表明:交联反应是在壳聚糖的氨基上进行的,单凝固-交联法制备交联球型壳聚糖,其颗粒的均匀性和成球性较好。

The preparation method of crosslinked spherical chitin by simplex concretionary cross-linking was studied and the various factors that influence on the compound wese discussed .The results show that the reaction was occurred on the amino of chitin, and of simplex concretionary cross-linking in symmetry and sphericity is superiority .
