A Discussion on the Construction and Perfection of Regional Technology Innovation System——The Case of Guangdong Province

技术创新是区域经济持续发展的重要支撑,是经济快速增长的源泉,从新经济增长理论的视角看,区域经济非均衡增长在很大程度上依赖科技创新,本文通过分析广东支柱产业技术创新的现状与问题,总结其优势与劣势,探讨区域技术创新体系构建与完善的必要性与主要对策,供政府与企业决策参考。

Technology innovation provides important support for the sustainable development of regional economy. It is the headspring of the rapid economic growth. From the perspective of Neo-classical Growth Theory, the disequilibrium growth of regional economy relies on technology innovation to a large extent. As a reference for the decision-makers from government and enterprises, this paper summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of technology innovation in Guangdong pillar industries and discusses the necessity and main countermeasures of the construction and development of a regional technology innovation system through the analysis of the status quo and problems.
