摘要
随着我国"寓军于民"政策的实施,发展民品已成为军工企业生存和发展的必然选择。本文阐述了军工企业民品经营的现状和存在的问题,提出并分析了军工企业发展民品的战略选择。
With the policy of combining the military products with civilian products being implemented in China,developing civilian products has become the infallible selection for defense enterprises to exist and expand. The article describes the current status and issues of defense enterprises developing civilian products,puts forward and analyses the strategy options for them.
