摘要
寿险的销售渠道目前存在严重问题,对新生的人寿保险业是严峻的考验。销售渠道的改善是当务之急,而寿险顾问式行销是最为现实的选择,由于这一职业的专业性和实践操作性要求的比较高,校企合作成为了可能,并且这种合作将为我国的寿险业可持续性的发展。
The present sales channel of life insurance is a serious problem and a great test to the newly-born industry. There is an urgent need to improve it and the sales consultation is the most practical way of choice. As life insurance is demanding in specialty and operation, cooperation between enterprises and colleges has become possible and this cooperation can help bring up new force for durable development of the life insurance industry in our country.
