科技成果“孵化”参与者的定位与责任

Position and Responsibility of Participants in Incubation of Scientific Results

我国科技孵化体系在成果供给、成果需求、交易市场、制度环境等方面存在的问题已经严重地影响到科技成果的"孵化",而科技孵化体系的不完善,导致了科技成果转化率一直处于较低的水平。基于此,本文提出了政府、高校及科研院所、企业、科技园、科技中介等,作为科技成果"孵化"的主要参与者所应该明确的定位与责任。

The problems existing in some aspects of technological incubation system, such as supply, demand, trading market, system environment of scientific results, has seriously impeded the incubation of scientific results,and the imperfection of the system results in low translation rate. Therefor the position and responsibility of main participant in incubation of scientific results, such as government, universities, research institute, enterprise, technical garden and technical agency, are proposed in this paper.
