摘要
华北油田是一个以灰岩为主的古潜山油藏 ,曾分别于 1990年和 1996年完成了任平 1井和任平 2井 2口碳酸盐岩油藏水平井。随着多年来的不断勘探开发 ,新发现的古潜山油藏越来越少 ,砂岩油藏所占比例越来越大 ,为探索一条有效的老区开采和剩余油开采方法 ,决定在砂岩油藏中钻水平井。台 4平 1井是在砂岩油藏完成的第 1口中曲率水平井 ,该井于 2 0 0 4年 2月 2 5日开钻 ,3月 12日完钻。全井最大井斜 92 .2 8° ,最大造斜率 4 2 (°) /10 0m ,最小曲率半径 136m。介绍了该井钻井过程中的技术难点、采取的技术措施以及取得的成功经验。该井的成功实施为华北油田老区勘探开发创出了一条新路 ,必将全面推动水平井技术在华北油田的大面积应用。
Huabei Oilfield are consisted of buried hill reservoirs of carbonate, and two horizontal wells as RH-1 and RH-2 were drilled in the carbonate reservoirs in 1990 and 1996. However, with years of development, fewer carbonate reservoirs are found while more sandstone reservoirs are discovered. To explore a new way for developing the reserves in the depleted oilfield, a horizontal well T4H1 is planed in the sandstone reservoir, which is the first medium curvature horizontal well in the sandstone reservoir in Huabei. The well was spuded on Feb. 25, 2004 and finished drilling on Mar. 12, 2004, with the max. hole inclination of 92.28°, max. building rate of 42(°)/100 m and min. radius of 136 m. The technology difficulties during drilling, solutions applied and successful experience were presented. The success of this well explored a new way of developing the depleted areas of Huabei Oilfield, and will expand the application of horizontal drilling technology in Huabei.
