摘要
理论分析了网压波动对晶闸管焊机工艺参数稳定性的影响,推导出晶闸管焊机网压波动实时控制角补偿值计算公式,提出了基于DSP控制的网压波动软件补偿思想,实现了网压波动补偿的软件化、数字化。该网压波动软件补偿法具有补偿精度高、响应速度快、可靠性好等特点,试验证明网压波动在±10%变化范围内,焊接电压输出精度可达±1%。
The paper analyzes theoretically the influence on the parameters of SCR welding machine exerted by mains voltage,deduces the formula of real-time angle compensation for the mains voltage fluctuation of SCR welding machine,put forward DSP software compensation for mains voltage fluctuation,and involves the software and digitalization in the realization of compensation for mains voltage fluctuation as well.The software compensation has many advantages,such as high accuracy,short response time and great stability.The experiments have showed that the output value of the welding voltage can be controlled within ±1% if the mains voltage fluctuation is of ±10%.
