长江流域五城市5家儿童医院2001~2003年抗肿瘤药物用药分析

摘要 目的:分析儿童医院抗肿瘤药物的应用现状,预测其发展趋势,为合理用药提供依据.方法:采用金额排序法对长江流域五大城市5家儿童医院2001~2003年抗肿瘤药物购药情况进行统计、分析与比较.结果:5家儿童医院抗肿瘤药物用药金额增长缓慢,抗代谢药和抗肿瘤抗生素用药金额各年稳居一、二名,阿糖胞苷、甲氨蝶呤、L-门冬酰胺酶、长春新碱、柔红霉素等药物的用药金额排名靠前.结论:儿童医院抗肿瘤药物应用集中稳定;抗肿瘤药物在国内民族企业有良好的市场份额,进口企业的市场份额也存在迅速增长的趋势:儿童用抗肿瘤药物正向多环节作用的新型药物发展. Objective: To investigate and analyze the current application situation of child anti-cancer drugs in five children hospitals. Forecast its development trend and provide useful evidence to promote reasonable application of anti-cancer medicines. Method: To make statistics of cost of anti-cancer medicine consumption as well as that of the second-line drugs, and the medicine manufactures order according to medicine consumption volume. Results: The application of child anti-cancer drugs shows a relatively slow growth in terms of cost of drugs. Anti-metabolism type drugs along with anti-cancer antibiotics keep holding the first and second position respectively in terms of cost of drugs consumption these years. Among them, the usage of Cytarabine, Methotrexate, L-Asparaginase, Vincristine, and Daunorubicin etc were top ones in terms of cost of drugs. Conclusion: Child anti-cancer medicine application shows a stable pattern in recent years. Yet new drugs focused in multi-factor synergic actions were developed rapidly. Targeting agents like Liposome were new generation of child anti-cancer medicines and are believed to hold a bright future.
