Issues of Planning Base Station Power in WCDMA System

本文在简述第二代GSM 系统和第三代 UMTS 系统不同规划特点的基础上,对 WCDMA 无线网络中 基站的功率分配问题进行了详细的阐述。另外对 WCDMA 系统初始布局阶段基站功率的规划做了详 细说明,并给出了仿真结果。

A detail discussion on the dimensioning of base station power in WCDMA system, based on the different planning characteristic between GSM and UMTS system, is presented. In this paper it also covers the planning of base station power in initial planning stage, simulation results are given as well.
