摘要
齿廓修形能够改善高速重载的汽车动力传动齿轮的动态性能。传统的齿廓修形计算方法不能满足斜齿轮的修形要求,本文提出了一种斜齿轮齿廓修形优化设计的新方法,包括了齿轮变形、支承变形、离心变形、误差等因素的影响,具有计算精度高、应用方便的优点,满足了汽车齿轮修形的使用和工艺要求。
In this paper, an optimal design method of profile modification on helical gears is presented with an objective function of minimizing the transmission error, using mathematical programming technique. The method takes into account the influences of the deformations of gears and Supports, the error and so on. It has the advantages of high Calculation accuracy, easy to use and has met the technological requirement of tooth profile modification for automotive gears.
