摘要
对所研制的新型静压均匀送风道条缝送风口的紊流系数及扩散角度进行了试验研究,测试结果表明:本实验所测定的无导叶具有加工磨圆边口的风道纵条缝送风口具有比较好的紊流扩散性能,而且其紊流系数及扩散角度随出口气流速度的改变很小,即二者之间的关系表现为随机的不确定变化规律;同时通过试验发现丝线测定法具有简单可靠、操作方便、容易实现等优点,与断面速度法相结可以合进一步提高测试效率和测试结果的准确度.
The diffusion angle and turbulent factor of supply air outlet are two important Characteristic factors and they can have direct effects on the flow dynamics characteristics of supply air duct. In this paper the diffusion angle and turbulent factor of the static pressure chamber's supply air outlet are derived according to the experimental test. The test results shows the diffusion angle is 38.4°and turbulent factor is 0.134 and the turbulent factor isn't varied orderly withthe ventilating velocity of supply air outlet. At the same time,the test resulttestifies that compared with the other measures the one of using the silk thread is an easy and credible measure.
