苏北承重砌块EPS外墙外保温节能设计研究

摘要 以承重混凝土小型空心砌块为主导的新型墙材已成为苏北地区墙材革新的发展趋势 .结合该地区气候特点和地材优势 ,对EPS外墙外保温节能体系的建筑热工性能及保温层经济厚度进行了分析 ,提出了适应于苏北地区EPS外墙外保温节能体系概念设计方法 ,并通过工程实践 ,提出了承重砌块节能技术措施 . The new-type wall materials represented by the small-sized load-bearing hollow concrete block have become the current tr end of the wall material innovation in North Jiangsu.An analysis is carried out on the thirmal performance and the economical layer thickness of the EPS exterio r heat-insulating system of the exposed wall,with the regional climate conditio ns and the local material resources taken into account.A conceptual designing ap proach for such a system is proposed,which is designed to the conditions in Nort h Jiangsu.Technical measures for the heat insulation of the load-bearing blocks are recommended with reference to the work-site experience.
