摘要
主要研究由于大量非防静电材料的使用而使人体带电。婴儿和儿童在有严重的静电威胁条件下如何进行防护的问题。
The paper mainly discusses electrified human body because of the over-used unprotected-static-elec- tricity materials and how to protect babies and children when they are exposed to much static electricity.
