摘要
介绍了作者在产品设计中,多年来采用的汽车钢板弹簧设计寿命的计算方法。并在分析对比五种载货汽车、七种大客车、五种轿车钢板弹簧设计寿命的基础上,根据多年使用和设计经验,提出并推荐了载货汽车、大客车、轿车三种汽车钢板弹簧设计寿命的选取范围。
This paper presents the calculation methods for life expectation of automotive leaf springs.Based on analysis and comparison of design durability for five trucks, seven buses and five passenger cars,and in the light of experince in service and design for years,the selecting ranges of life expectation of leaf springs for trucks,buses and passenger cars are recommended in this paper.
