摘要
以桔梗的叶片、茎段、胚轴为外植体,MS为基本培养基进行了桔梗无性快繁技术研究。确定了MS+6 BA0 5mg L+IAA0 1mg L的复合培养基为最佳的丛生芽诱导培养基,MS+6 BA0 2mg L+IAA0 1mg L为最佳壮苗培养基,1 2MS+NAA0 2mg L为最佳生根培养基,生根率达到100%。
A study of fast asexual reproduction using MS was carried out on the basis of the laminate,a section of satlk,and hypocoty of Platycotyl of Platycodon gradiflorum. The results indicated MS medium containing 6-BA 0.2 mg/L and IAA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for crowd bud propagation; MS medium containing 6-BA 0.2 mg/L and IAA 0.1 mg/L could make the young plant strong; 1/2 MS medium containing NAA 0.2 mg/L was effective in inducting root with the ratio of 100%
