摘要
红豆越橘经压榨处理以后,在恒温水浴(60℃)条件下用体积分数为85%的乙醇浸提、浓缩。将所得浓缩液进行梯度洗脱提纯,然后从30%乙醇的浓缩液中获单体化合物Ⅰ。经过薄层层析、反相高效液相色谱、质谱、13C核磁共振对化合物Ⅰ进行结构鉴定,确定此物质为3 半乳糖 矢车菊色素。
Vaccinium vitis-idaea fruit was squeezed, and the juice was saluted with 85% ethanol in 60℃ and then condensed. The concentrated solution was processed with gradientelution method and compound Ⅰ was extracted. Identified by thin layer chromatograph,reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography,mass spectroscopy and^(13)C nuclear magnetic resource spectroscopy, compound Ⅰ was identified as cyanidene-3-galactoside.
