摘要 水中有机污染物穿透离子交换器进入锅炉给水系统 ,在高温高压下分解产生有机酸 ,导致炉水 p H值下降 ,威胁锅炉运行的安全。离子交换树脂的碎片穿透树脂捕捉器 ,以及离子交换树脂的溶出物进入锅炉给水主系统 ,也会产生同样的危险结果。应当尽快制订限定锅炉给水、炉水有机物含量的标准 。 The present paper is concerned about the possibility of safe running of the boiler by reducing the effect of the organic pollutants on the boiler. The organic pollutants in water may bring the damage to the boiler through the ion exchanger into the water-feed system of the boiler. At high temperatures and pressures, the pollutants will be decomposed and produce organic acid, which can result in the drop of boiler water's pH and threaten the safe running of the boiler. The fragments of ion-exchange resin may break through the resin trap, and the solvent of ion-exchange resin may get into the boiler's water-feeding system. All these can bring in the same hazards. To reduce the damage, we should draw up a standard to restrict the content of the organic substance in boiler's water-feeding and boiler water. In addition, it is necessary to accomplish the work of stipulating the standard before the urban sewage regeneration is reused in boiler water-feed system.
