摘要
目的 探讨心因性牙痛的心理治疗疗效。方法 将 76例均心因性牙痛患者随机分为研究组 (心理治疗组 ) 38例 ,对照组 (药物对症治疗组 ) 38例 ,分别采用心理治疗和药物对症治疗进行疗效对比分析。结果 研究组治疗牙痛消失的天数及治疗效果明显优于对照组 ;研究组有效率为 97.4 % ,对照组为 36 .8% ,两组间有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 对心因性牙痛患者采用心理治疗方法 ,疗效显著。
Objective To explore the clinical therapy of psychogenic toothache. Methods 76 patients with psychogenic toothache were randomly divided into study group (n=38,receiving psychotherapy) and control group (receiving single analgesic ).Curative effects were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The curative effect was better and toothache disappearance qnicker in the study group than in the control group(P<0.01);effective rates of the two groups were 97.4% and 36.8% respectively, which showed the most significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychotherapy is effective in treatment of psychogenic toothache.
