摘要 目的 探讨心理干预对急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿心理状态及化疗依从性的影响。方法 采用儿科症状检查表对 4 8例急性淋巴细胞白血病儿童和 5 0例正常儿童的心理问题进行筛查 ,并将 4 8例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿分为心理干预组和未干预组 ,各 2 4例。干预组和未干预组均采用基本相同的化疗方案 ,心理干预组在化疗的同时给予心理干预治疗 ,疗程 3mo。治疗末评定患儿心理社会功能改善情况及化疗依从性。结果 患儿组心理问题总检出率为 2 2 .9% ,显著高于正常儿童组(8% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;干预组疗后心理问题总分明显下降 ,与疗前比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,化疗依从性较好占 70 .8% ,总依从率达 91.7% ;未干预组化疗依从性较好占 4 1.7% ,总依从率 6 6 .7% ,两组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 心理干预可改善急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿心理健康状况 ,提高化疗的依从性。 Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention with acute lymphoblastic leukemia children psychological status and chemotherapy compliance in childhood. Methods The mental status of 48 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and 50 healthy children were measured by Pediatric symptom checklist(PSC) scales. Moreover,24 patients were done by psychological intervention of three months as well as chemotherapy. Results The mental problems were prevalent in the acute lymphoblastic leukemia children. The prevalence of mental problems was 22.9%. The scores of the psychological intervention group after psychological intervention were lower than that before(P<0.05), and the chemotherapy compliance rate of the psychological intervention group is superior to that of the non-intervention group(P<0.05 ) with remarkable difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention with acute lymphoblastic leukemia children can improve the unhealthy mental status and increase the chemotherapy compliance.
