摘要
以"津绿3号"黄瓜品种为试验材料,研究了不同套袋材料对套袋果实(雌花)袋内微环境、果实发育及果实品质的影响。结果表明,套袋处理均不同程度地使袋内温度升高、光照减弱,其中以黑膜袋处理的升温效果最显著,纸袋处理的遮光效果最显著。与对照相比,各套袋处理的坐瓜率均下降,黑膜袋坐瓜率降低幅度最大;但对已坐住的果实,除黑膜袋外,套袋果实较对照发育快。套袋果实的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸、维生素C含量及果皮的叶绿素含量均不同程度低于对照,其中纸袋处理的瓜色最浅,叶绿素含量最低。套袋果实表面洁净,无农药和尘埃污渍,果色鲜绿或白绿,感观好,但口味较淡。
Experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of bagging (female flower) with different material bags on the micro-environment,fruit growth and fruit quality in cucumber cv.Jinyou No.3.The results showed that the temperature was increased but light intensity decreased by different level corresponding with the treatments.The black plastic film bagging increased temperature most and the paper bags decreased the light intensity most.Compared to the control,all the bagging treatments lowered the fruit setting rate,and the black plastic film bagging treatment decreased it most.However,all the bagging treatments,except the black plastic film bagging,enhanced the set fruit growth and the market fruit weight.On the other hand,bagging decreased the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,free amino acids and vitamin C of the fruit,and chlorophyll content in the fruit skin.The paper bagging treatments produced the lightest color of fruit.However,bagged fruit appeared clean and free from the pollutants of pesticides,fungicides,and dust on the surface.Therefore,it showed better sensory quality,but is less tasty.
