摘要
介绍三江源区生态环境治理现状以及"4D"技术在三江源区建立生态环境动态监测体系的意义,制定监测原则、监测内容及技术流程,并对其监测体系的可行性进行评价。
The present situation of managing ecological environment and the values of 4D technology in ecological enriroment dynamic monitor in the source of the three rivers were introduced.The monitoring principles,the monitoring contents,and the technology procedure were worked out.The possability of the monitoring system was assayed also.
