摘要 100hp级超导电动机是韩国科学技术部21世纪前沿研发计划中的一个项目,这台电动机已完成设计。高温超导电动机(HTS)的理论模型由二维电磁场分析软件完成。该电动机由高温超导励磁绕组、低温阻尼层、气隙电枢绕组和叠层电机防护层等组成。高温超导励磁绕组由环型双扁平线圈构成,它是用Bi-2223高温超导体带绕制,运行温度为35K左右。高温超导带状导体的工作电流可由计算出的高温超导励磁绕组磁场分布和实际使用的高温超导体的特性Ic-B决定,并把它们的磁各向异性现象加以考虑。 A 100hp class super-conducting motor in the 21st Century Frontier R&D Program of Korea has been designed. A theoretical model of high temperature super-conducting (HTS) motor was presented by two-dimensional electromagnetic field analysis. The motor is composed of HTS field winding, cold damper shield, air-gap armature winding and laminated machine shield. The HTS field winding consists of racetrack type double pancake coils wound with Bi-2223 HTS tapes operated at about 30 K. The operating current of the HTS tape conductor could be determined by the magnetic field distribution calculated in the HTS field winding and the –characteristics of a practical HTS conductor, taking account of its anisotropy.
