摘要
膨胀机是分离天然气的核心设备,其涡轮的转速可达40000 r／min,轴承的润滑、振动和温度是影响膨胀机寿命的关键因素。采用以PLC为核心的检测系统,可以实时监测膨胀机组的运行情况,并对不同等级的故障作相应处理,保障膨胀机组运行安全。
The expander, which revolution of the turbine reaches 40 000 r/min, is the center element for nature-gas separating. So the emphases are taken on the lubrication, vibration and temperature of the bearings. The PLC inspecting system can monitor the running state of the expander and deal with the different faults in order to ensure the safety.
