摘要
在电动力转向系统(简称EPS)中,扭矩传感器用于检测司机对方向盘的转向操作并将其转变为传送到电控单元的转向扭矩数据。电控单元根据扭矩传感器的信号及车速信号进行分析运算与判断,决定助力的大小与方向。扭杆和电位器是转向传感器的关键部件。分析研究了扭杆的扭转刚度特性与电位器的电特性,得出了电位计式扭矩传感器的工作扭力范围。
In electric power-steering system, the torque sensor is used for detecting the wheel steering operation as steering torque data and sending this data to the Electric control unit (ECU) as a signal.The ECU analyses, calculates and judges the torque sensor's signal and the speed signal of automobile, and then decides the assist power and its direction. The torque bar and potentiometer are key parts of the EPS. We analysed and studied the torsion stiffness characteristic of torque bar and electricity characteristic of potentiometer, and got the work torque range of the potentiometer type torque sensor.
