摘要
环面是汽车前照灯配光镜中广泛应用的一种面形,其光路计算法的优劣直接影响配光镜CAD程序质量。本文给出一套全新的环面光路计算式,经对四种不同的前照灯所作的200多万条光线的计算表明,这套光路计算法是适定的、快速收敛的。
Toroidal surface is one of the profiles widely used in automobile headlamp lens arrays. Its ray-tracing method affects directly the efficiency and quality of lens arrays design. In this paper, a set of new ray-tracing formulas for toroidal surfaces is derived. Calculations for four different kinds of headlamps with more than two millions of rays have shown that the method is appropriate and has fast converging capability.
