摘要
基于Mincer模型对海南省 2 0 0 2 - 2 0 0 3年的人力资本回报率进行了实证研究。海南省职工的工资收入与其受教育程度和工作年限有显著的相关关系 ;海南省的人力资本回报率、工资收入与人力资本的相关程度均低于中国平均水平 ,而且男性又低于女性 ;海南省劳动力市场明显地存在对女性的工资歧视、职业歧视和年龄歧视 ;中年男性和中。
Based on Mincer's model, this paper examines the determinants of returns to human capital in 2002-2003 of Hainan province. The estimates show that wages of different people are correlative significantly with their education and working time. But rate of human capital return in Hainan province are lower than the average level of China, and so is it to men and women. Discrimination of wage ,age and occupation are found in the labor market in Hainan province, Middle age male as well as middle age female and old-age female all belong to “discriminated groups” in the labor market.
